Muscat, Oman – Porsche Centre Oman and Shell Oman have joined forces to significantly expand Oman’s electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, marking a major leap forward in sustainable mobility for the Sultanate.
Under the agreement, at least eight Porsche high-performance DC charging stations and 125 Porsche Destination Chargers (AC) will be installed across the country by 2026. The initiative ensures Porsche EV owners enjoy seamless charging access, with two years of complimentary fast charging (2,250 kWh) at Shell locations and free unlimited use of Destination Chargers.

The collaboration integrates Porsche’s cutting-edge charging technology into Shell Oman’s service station network, offering EV drivers—especially Porsche owners—convenient, high-speed charging both in cities and along key travel routes.
